Rex is owned by Tim Carpenter of Clinton Iowa, he is Payton, and Angel's father. With one look you can see that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, they exhibit the same characteristics as he does. First, and foremost Rex is Tim's buddy. He is a real birddog at heart, showing Tim the way on many hunts.
Rex has proven himself in the show ring, as well as the bird field. It goes to show that no matter what
anecdote you want to use whether it is "built right to work right", or "form follows function", or any number of others, it is true to form for Rex.
