Once you have decided a Hatten’s German Shorthaired Pointer is for you, please complete the questionnaire below.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. We will use it as an aid in placing the right puppy with you; this will ensure a long happy relationship for all of us, but especially the puppy.

After you submit this questionnaire to us, allow a couple of days for us to review it. Then give us a call a (815) 626-8673 to be approved for your next family member. Once approved a $200 non-refundable deposit (refundable only if we don’t have an appropriate puppy for you based on the answers to this questionnaire) will be expected within a week to guarantee your name being placed on our waiting list. Please don’t hesitate in any of the steps; it could make the difference of a puppy being available for you.
